On a clear frosty morning 27 walkers travelled to Castle Oer Forest for a 6 mile circular walk. The walking was easy on forest roads, giving the group the opportunity to chat about their plans for over the coming Festive Season.
We visited 2 Hill Forts on the route, part of the Eskdale Prehistoric Trail. The weather was fine all the way.
Another enjoyable day out was had by all.
