The Swimming Club was founded in 1933 when it used a natural pool at the Galabank on the River Annan. Since 1982 the club has used the indoor pool at Annan Academy, which was founded as a joint venture by Annan & District Swimming Pool Association and the local authority. The club has several volunteer instructors and a membership of about 132 youngsters and 20 adults who meet weekly. Contact the Club on 01461 203356
