Hospital Road, Annan, DG12 6LA Tel: 01461 202459 Roll approx. 360 Primary, 75-80 Nursery Newington Primary serves the north eastside of Annan and the surrounding area. The school has a Nursery and Learning Centre and there are visiting teachers of art, music and P.E. All classes undertake trips linked to their environmental studies topics. In Primary Six, we have a residential visit to an Outdoor Education Centre and in Primary Seven the pupils go to London for a week. The school also has a full programme of extra curricular activities which includes football, netball, gymnastics, cross country, fitness, dance, skipping, reading clubs, craft club and a chess club. The school has excellent I.C.T. facilities, each class has two networked and one stand alone PC and we have a computer base with fifteen systems.
