Langlands Road, Ecclefechan, DG11 3DS Tel: 01576 300613 Roll approx 65-70 Primary, 8-12 Nursery Hoddom Primary is in the village of Ecclefechan and serves the village, neighbouring Middlebie and the surrounding areas. We are the nursery for 6 feeder primary schools. Transport is provided for those children living in outlying areas in accordance with regional guidelines. The present school was built in the late 1970s and was recently re roofed and rewired. It is of a semi-open plan design with 4 teaching bases, and computer suite and purpose built nursery. Hoddom Primary is very well equipped for ICT, having its own Computer Suite which houses a large number of networked computers as well as an Interactive Smartboard. Each class has stand-alone computers together with scanners and ready access to a digital camera. We have visiting specialists in Art, Music and PE. Children have the opportunity to join a variety of extra-curricular clubs including computer, cross-stitch and football.
