The Public Works at the town hall and the war memorial which form part of the Townscape Heritage Initiative Project are set to be completed before the end of 2009. THE ANNAN MASTERPLAN
Annan Initiative was set up in 1997 to develop and manage a phased programme of action in partnership with appropriate local and national bodies and agencies designed to regenerate and revitalise the economic, cultural and social life of the town of Annan and its immediate vicinity.
